The draft Guide for the transfer and promotion of state prosecutors is reviewed
Prishtinë, 12 April 2022 - The Committee on Normative Issues, chaired by Prosecutor Armend Zenelaj, held its next meeting.
Initially, the Committee on Normative Affairs reviewed the draft Guide for the transfer and promotion of state prosecutors, which is part of the Regulation on the transfer and promotion of state prosecutors, which will describe in detail the procedures for the transfer and promotion of state prosecutors.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Committee on Normative Issues, Armend Zenelaj, said that this guide is of special importance, because previously there was no such guide, which has regulated the procedure in detail and this will serve the benefit of prosecutorial system.
The members of the Commission also gave some proposals, which they recommended to the members of the Working Group to incorporate in the final draft.
The members of the Commission agreed at the end of the meeting that, after the harmonization of the given proposals, another meeting will be held for the review of this guide and the same will be proposed to the KPC for approval in the next meeting.
