Indictment against 20 individuals
Prishtinë, 24 January 2022 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against twenty (20) individuals, for various criminal offenses.
The Special Prosecution Office announces the opinion that the defendants with the initials S.R, I.R, B.M, S.K, F.P, P.M, A.C, A.F, K.S, B.H, H.A, B.B, H.N, S.A, S.N, T.R, F.A, and A.M, are being accused of having committed the criminal offenses " Unauthorized import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, brokering or sale of weapons or explosive materials" from article 364 par. 2 in connection with par. 1 in connection with article 31 of the CCRK.
Meanwhile, the defendant with the initials I.R., is accused of having committed the criminal offense "Counterfeiting of money" under article 296 par. 2 of the CCR.
Also, the defendant with the initials S.K. is accused of having committed the criminal offense “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" under article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCR.
