A person was detained for abusing his official position or authority
Prishtina, 16 September 2021 - By order of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in the Kosovo Police, has undertaken investigative actions against the suspect B.A., a doctor by profession.
The Special Prosecution informs that the suspect with the initials B.A., is suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Abusing official position or authority" under article 414 of the CCRK.
With the decision of the prosecutor, the suspect B.A was kept on detention for 48 hours in the Detention Center in Prishtina.
