The draft Regulation on the personal file of state prosecutors is reviewed
Prishtina, 21 April 2021 - The Committee for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by Prosecutor Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting in which participated: the members of this committee, acting General Director of the KPC Secretariat and the working group for drafting the Regulation on the personal file of state prosecutors.
The purpose of today's meeting was to review the draft Regulation on the personal file of state prosecutors, this regulation, which is of particular importance to facilitate the work and functioning of the procedures for the creation, content, and manner of storage, access and management of the personal file of the State Prosecutor.
Following this meeting, the participants gave their comments on the draft regulation and after reviewing the relevant comments they were integrated in the draft regulation.
At the end of this meeting, Chairman Zenelaj expressed his gratitude to the participants who have given their contribution through comments and after reviewing once again the complete draft regulation in technical terms, this draft will be proposed for approval by the Council.
