The prosecutorial system facilitates the access of lawyers to the premises of the prosecution
Prishtina, 10 March 2021 - The prosecutorial system of the Republic of Kosovo and the Kosovo Chamber of Advocates have reached an agreement to facilitate the access of lawyers to the premises of the prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
This agreement was reached after the meetings held by the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Jetish Maloku, with the President of the Kosovo Chamber of Advocates, Behar Ejupi.
Regarding the facilitation of lawyers' access to the premises of the prosecution, a guide has been prepared, which provides for the facilitation of the access of lawyers to the premises of the prosecution.
The conditions and facilities created for the access of lawyers within the premises of the Kosovo Prosecution Offices are in harmony with the legal acts, which regulate the provision, storage, access, and order in the premises of the prosecutorial system.
