Dutch support for the prosecutorial system is appreciated

Prishtinë, 3 March 2021 – The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Jetish Maloku and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo, Carin Lobbezoo, have opened the second training session on "Active Management", which is taking place within the Dutch project "Support for an independent, professional and impartial prosecutorial system in Kosovo".

On this occasion, Chairman Maloku thanked Ambassador Lobbezoo and through her, the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the continuous support it has given and is giving to the Kosovo prosecutorial system.

Regarding this training, Chairman Maloku, said that there is a special importance in strengthening the management capacity in the prosecutorial system, while appreciating the methodology, format and professionalism of the trainer of this training.

At the end of his speech, Chairman Maloku offered his cooperation and all the staff of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for future cooperation initiatives with the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

On the other hand, Ambassador Lobbezoo said that through Dutch support it is intended to strengthen the Kosovo prosecutorial system through training, lessons and exchange of experiences.

Lobbezoo, said that it is a pleasure to support the prosecutorial system of Kosovo, while praising the online organization of today's training.

The training held today was attended by Chief Prosecutors of Kosovo Prosecution Offices, prosecutors and heads of the prosecution administration.
