A person suspected of having committed the criminal offenses “Domestic Violence” and “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons”
Ferizaj, February 16, 2021 - The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Department for Serious Crimes, has detained suspects A.D., from the municipality of Ferizaj, for a period of 48 hours due to the suspicion of committing the criminal offenses “Domestic Violence” and “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons” under Article 366 par.2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
The prosecutor of the case, within the legal deadline, will be file an application for imposing the measure of the detention on remand before the competent Court in Ferizaj.
