The Committee for the Administration of Prosecutions holds its last meeting for this year
Prishtina, 28 December 2020 - The Committee for Prosecution Administration of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by the chair of the committee Radica Milic, has held its next meeting.
In this meeting, the Chairperson informed the members of the Committee regarding the report on the status of old cases - distribution of cases to prosecutors in the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova.
During the meeting, the Commission also discussed the Annual Work Report, where the Chairperson of the Commission presented the results achieved that have resulted in transfers and promotions in certain prosecutor's offices where it was seen that there is a more pronounced case load.
Furthermore, the important role of the Commission highlighted through the monitoring and implementation of administrative bylaws by prosecutors, which was done through visits and various reports with findings.
