The Draft regulation for the personal file of the State Prosecutor is finalized
Prishtina, 17 September 2020 - The next meeting of the Committee for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council was held, chaired by its chairman, Zejnullah Gashi, where the draft regulation on the personal file of the State Prosecutor was discussed and finalized.
The members of the Committee for Normative Affairs, the General Director of the Secretariat, the representative from the Civil Society, as well as the representatives from the Legal Office discussed the responsible Unit which will manage, maintain, and update the file of the State Prosecutor, the duties of the responsible unit and other points of this regulation.
At the end of the meeting, the members of the Committee on Normative Affairs agreed that this draft be proposed to the Council for approval at the next meeting.
