The draft Regulation on the archives of the prosecutorial system is reviewed
Prishtina, 14 July 2020 - In the framework of its activities, the Committee for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by Zejnullah Gashi, has analyzed the draft Regulation on the archives of the Kosovo prosecutorial system.
The existing draft, prepared by the working group, was reviewed and analyzed in detail during this meeting and as a result the recommendations were issued that will be taken into account in its final drafting.
The Chairman of the Commission, Gashi, thanked the working group for its contribution to the drafting of this regulation, which is of particular importance for the functioning of the work of the archives of the Kosovo prosecutorial system.
