The Regulation on the organization and activity of KPC is discussed
Pristina, 1 November 2019 – Committee on Normative Acts of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by Chairman Zejnullah Gashi held the next meeting, attended by the Deputy Chairman of the KPC, Arben Ismajli, representatives of the US Embassy, the EU and Legal Office of the KPC Secretariat.
The purpose of this meeting was to continue the work on drafting the Regulation on the Organization and Activity of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, which came as a need by the entry into force of the New Law on Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
During this meeting work has continued on finalization of some articles and entire harmonization of the regulation with the new law on Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
After drafting the Regulation, which will be in full harmony with the new Law on KPC, the Committee will propose its adoption to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
