The Committee for the Administration of Prosecutions held its next meeting
Pristine, 22 May 2020 – The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, headed by its chairperson, Prosecutor Radica Milic, held the next meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the report drafted by the Prosecution Performance Review Unit for the accuracy of the records of the statistical reports of CMIS, the review of the work report of the Committee for the first quarter of 2020 and various issues in the competence of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee assessed that the findings of the comparative report on the accuracy of the statistical reports of SMIL are very important, especially at this stage when it is intended to transfer the electronic reporting of statistics on the work of the State Prosecutor.
The Committee assessed that despite the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the work of the Committee; however, the quarterly work report of the Committee shows the commitment of this committee in the implementation of activities defined by the work plan.
