The Disciplinary Commission of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council took the decision for suspending without payment, Prosecutor Nazmi Mustafi
Prishtina, 4 April 2012 / The Disciplinary Commission of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council in today’s meeting took the decision for suspending without payment, Prosecutor Nazmi Mustafi, Prosecutor in Special Prosecution Office in Republic of Kosovo because the latest is detained.
The Disciplinary Commission of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council took this decision based on article 24 paragraph 2 of the Law on Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, and also based on article 23, paragraph 9 of the Regulation on Disciplinary Commission Functioning.
