The next meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council was held, in which meeting important decisions were issued
Prishtina 3 May 2012 / Today was held the twentieth meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council chaired by the President of the Council, who ate the same time is Chief State Prosecutor, Ismet Kabashi.
In this meeting was decided to announce 29 free vacant posts for Prosecutors in Prosecution Offices of Republic of Kosovo.
During this meeting Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has reviewed and approved the amendment of the Regulation on assigning and transfer of Prosecutors.
At the same time in this meeting was brought the decision on establishment of the Commission for completion-amendment of the Regulation on Disciplinary Commission, and also there was brought a decision for establishment of the Commission for Prosecutorial Assessment and Vetting which will function within the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
Among others in today’s meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council there was brought the decision on harmonizing the salaries of the supporting staff of prosecutorial system with the ones of the judiciary system.
