Committee for Normative Acts has discussed regarding two Regulations, which were proposed to KPC for approval
Prishtina, 21st of July 2016 – Today, members of the Normative Acts Committee of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, have held the eighth meeting in which they have discussed regarding: The Regulation on the Disciplinary Procedure for members of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and, Supplementing/Amending Regulation No. 01/2016 on the Role and Activity of the Steering Board of the ICT/CMIS Project.
Members of the Normative Acts Committee of KPC, together with international partners who support work of Prosecutorial Council, have discussed regarding the Regulation on the Disciplinary Procedure for members of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
The purpose behind the respective Regulation is setting procedure on investigation of misconduct of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council members, and conducting disciplinary procedure against them. Thus, following a long discussion, the Committee has proposed this Regulation to Prosecutorial Council for approval in the next meeting of the Council.
This Committee upon the majority of votes has also decided to propose to the Council the supplementing/amending of the Regulation no. 01/2016 on the Role and Activity of the Steering Committee of the ICT/CMIS Project.
