The next meeting of the Committee on Normative Affairs was held
Pristina, 12 December 2018 - The meeting of the Committee on Normative Issues was held today, which included members of the Commission, Chairperson of the Disciplinary Commission, Chief Prosecutors of the Basic Prosecution Offices of Gjilan and Prizren, representatives of the American and Netherlands Embassy, civil society and the administration of the Prosecutorial Council.
During this meeting, work on drafting the Code of Ethics for Prosecutors continued, where the practice of commission continued, whereby the Code is dealt article by article.
At the end of the meeting following discussions by the attendees, the Commission decided to propose to the Council for adoption the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Prosecutors at the next meeting of the Prosecutorial Council.
