The meeting of the Commission for Normative Issues is held
Prishtinë, 23 November 2023 - The Commission for Normative Issues, chaired by Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting according to the previous agenda, in which the representatives of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo also participated..
On this occasion, the members of the Commission for Normative Issues approved the draft of the Regulation for access to public documents of the prosecutorial system, which after public hearing will be processed for approval in one of the meetings of the KPC, as well as formed the working group for the drafting of the Regulation for the Victims Advocacy and Assistance Office (VAAO).
During the meeting, the draft Regulation for the Establishment of the Asset Recovery Office was also discussed, which was said to be in full harmony with EU standards and practices, in which case the OSCE representatives, emphasized the great role and importance of the establishment of this office for the state of Kosovo.
