The meeting of the evaluation panel for the interview of candidates for the position of the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Gjakovë is held
Prishtinë, 4 October 2022 – The evaluation panel for the position of the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova has held a consultative meeting regarding the progress of the appointment process of the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova.
The Chairman of the Prosecution Council of Kosovo, at the same time the Chairman of the Panel, Mr. Jetish Maloku informed the members of the Panel about the progress of the process, stressing that he is very interested in having a process that is as transparent as possible.
Meanwhile, the Acting Director of PPRU, Mrs. Ismije Maxhuni, announced the panel with the Guidelines of Article 13 and 14 of Regulation 06/2019 for the appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and the chief prosecutors of the prosecution offices of the Republic of Kosovo, the scoring forms, the completed files - documentation submitted by the four candidates in the process, the documentation gathered from various institutions and KPC bodies.
The candidates who have applied for the position of the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Gjakovë who have met the criteria and will be invited to the interview are: Mr. Anton Hasanaj; Mr. Ardita Beqiraj Hyseni; Mr. Desire Jusaj and Mr. Enis Gashi.
The Prosecution Council of Kosovo will announce in time the other procedures of the process of electing the Chief Prosecutor.
