The meeting of the Commission for Administration of Prosecutions is held
Prishtinë, 26 September 2023 - The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, led by Mr. Veton Shabani, held the next meeting, in which the members of this Commission and the leaders of the organizational units of the SKPC participated.
The purpose of this meeting was the discussion related to the formation of the CMIS user working group, this topic, which emerged from the joint meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions and the Commission for the Administration of Courts. This group will have the task of identifying and giving proposals to the commission for the regulation and improvement of the work process during the setting of the data and their processing for approval at the meetings of the KPC.
Also, the members of the Commission have been informed about the progress achieved and the activities that the Working Group has developed and plans to develop for the harmonization of the legislation in force of the template forms, which are used by the prosecutions after the last legal changes.
At the end of the meeting, the identification of the model prosecution regarding the use of physical registers was also discussed.
