The chairman of the KPC received the British ambassador in a meeting
Prishtinë, 26 September 2023 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Mr. Jetish Maloku, hosted the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Mr. Nicholas Abbott.
Today's meeting, Maloku-Abbott, was held in the spirit of mutual cooperation, in which case Chairman Maloku thanked Ambassador Abbott in a special way, expressing the great will and commitment to develop the joint partnership in the respective fields, in order to advance and strengthen the order and rule of law in the Republic of Kosovo.
On the other hand, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Mr. Abbott, thanking Chairman Maloku for the reception, emphasized that the diplomatic mission of the United Kingdom in Kosovo welcomes and is constantly committed to the strengthening of the justice sector, and in this context also the strengthening of the Prosecutorial institutions.
The interlocutors agreed during the meeting that joint initiatives within the framework of bilateral cooperation for strengthening order and law enforcement should be implemented by focusing precisely on the processes of reforms and functional review of the justice system, this process, which continues to have the support of the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Kosovo.
