The next meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions is held
Prishtinë, 17 May 2023 - The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), led by Veton Shabani, has held its next meeting, during which it was discussed the regular process of monitoring the implementation of the Case Management Information System (CMIS) in the w
ork of the country's prosecutor's offices.
During this meeting, the comparison of the manual reports of the basic prosecutions was presented and it was discussed to strengthen the use of CMIS within the staff of the Chief State Prosecutor's Office, as well as to improve the quality of new data in CMIS.
In addition, the Commission also discussed the definition of statistical reports that are drawn up for the work of prosecutors' offices and prosecutors in the prosecutorial system and for the intensification of cooperation with international experts.
At the end of the meeting, the members of the Commission emphasized that their aim remains that these reports mark an increase in the quality of the data and influence the increase in efficiency and transparency in the work of the prosecution offices.
