Chief Prosecutor Isufaj meets with representatives of the British Task Force of KFOR

Prishtinë, 11 November 2022- The Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, met with representatives of the British KFOR Task Force in Kosovo.

 

Chief Prosecutor Isufaj and representatives of the British Task Force of KFOR, during today's meeting, discussed the need for coordination between security institutions in the country, to guarantee a safe environment for all citizens, as well as to strengthen cooperation and the intensification of joint meetings for the functioning, work and engagement of the Special Prosecution institution.

 

The representatives of the British KFOR Task Force have expressed their willingness to provide a safe environment and freedom of movement for all citizens, while we continue to closely monitor the security situation and have offered cooperation with the Special Prosecutor's Office.

 

Chief Prosecutor Isufaj has emphasized the commitment to coordinate institutional actions that guarantee the rule of law and order. On this occasion, Isufaj expressed his high appreciation for the ongoing commitment of the British KFOR Task Force, as well as thanked them for their contribution to strengthening peace and security in the Republic of Kosovo.
