Two persons have been indicted for usury
Prishtinë, April 26, 2022 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against the defendants R.J and H.D.
The Special Prosecution Office announces that the above-mentioned defendants have intentionally and in order to directly benefit financially have consistently provided usurious money with significantly disproportionate monthly interest rates.
With these actions the defendant R.J is accused of having committed the following criminal offense "Usury" from article 331 paragraph 2 of the CCRK, while the defendant H.D is accused of having committed the criminal offense "Assistance in committing the criminal offense of Usury" from article 331 par. 2 in connection with article 33 of the CCRK.
