80 prosecutors have been engaged for the proper running of the election process
Prishtina, October 15, 2021 - The National Coordinator for Elections, Prosecutor Laura Pula, participated in the press conference, organized by the Central Election Commission and the Institute for Democracy for Development (D4D), which was attended by all representatives of the signatory institutions of the Memorandum of Cooperation for the electoral process regarding the preparation for the conduct of the electoral process of the local elections of October 17, 2021.
Coordinator Pula said on this occasion that they have engaged 80 prosecutors and supporting staff of the Kosovo prosecutorial system for the conduct of the local elections on October 17.
Furthermore, Prosecutor Pula, stressed that all responsible institutions did a job well done in the conduct of electoral processes over the years, while mentioning and praising the civic awareness regarding the electoral process.
However, Prosecutor Laura Pula, during this conference, said that together with the Kosovo Police will stop and arrest responsible voters and officials who in any way attempt or influence the abuse of the free vote of the sovereign in the Republic of Kosovo.
