Indictment for abusing official position or authority and conflict of interest
Prishtinë, May 21, 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, has filed indictment in the Prishtina Basic Court – Special Department against the defendant A.N on suspicion for having committed various criminal offences
The Special Prosecution announces that the defendant A.N., has committed criminal offenses “abusing official position or authority”, from article 422, par. 1 in connection with article 77 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (Code no. 04/ L082 ) and e “Conflict of Interest” from article 424, par. 2 in connection with par. 1 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo
