The Special Prosecution has targeted three new cases
Prishtina, April 01, 2021 - The Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, today held the next meeting with the joint team for the selection and targeting of Serious Crimes where they have targeted three (3) new cases for various criminal offenses.
The Special Prosecution Office announces that from the first targeted case are involved seventeen (17) persons, for the criminal offenses "Import, export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosives", from article 364 par. 2 in connection with par. 1 of the CCRK in relation to the criminal offense "Participation or organization of an organized criminal group" under article 277 par. 1 of the CCRK.
Also, from the second targeted case are involved nine (9) persons for the criminal offenses "Organized crime" under article 277 of the CCK, related to the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics" dangerous and psychotropic substances ”, from Article 267 of the CCK.
Meanwhile, from the third targeted case are involved twenty-two (22) persons, for the criminal offenses "Bribery" under Article 421 paragraph 1 of the CCRK and "Abuse of official duty or official authority" under Article 414 paragraph 2 of the CCRK -së.
