The Mayor of Kllokot, Bozhidar Dejanovic, is arrested
Prishtina, March 12, 2021 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, announces the public that today, has executed the Pre-Trial Judge Order for the control of the Objects of the Municipality of Kllokot, in relation to an ongoing investigation against the Mayor of Municipality, the defendant Bozhidar Dejanovic, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense "Violation of the free determination of voters" provided and sanctioned by article 210 of Code no. 06 / L-074 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (hereinafter "KPRK").
On this basis, with the prosecutor’s decision, the defendant Bozhidar Dejanovic , is arrested and detained for 48 hours, who within the legal deadline will appear before the Pre-Trial Judge.
