Advancing efficient and effective mechanisms, topic of discussion of Chairman Maloku with administrative leaders
Prishtina, 9 February 2021 - In the framework of continuous efforts to advance the most efficient and effective mechanisms for the development of work and activities of the prosecutorial system administration, the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Jetish Maloku, held a working meeting with the General Director of the KPC Secretariat, Lavdim Krasniqi and the Director of the Prosecution Performance Review Unit, Valon Jupa.
Among the topics discussed in particular was the development of working methodology for providing the highest quality support to the Prosecutorial Council and the State Prosecutor.
Also, the topic of discussion was: finalization of the Work Report of the Prosecutorial Council for 2020, preparation of the most accurate statistical reports and issues related to the functioning of the Case Management Information System (CMIS).
At the end of today's meeting, it was said that the Strategic Plan will be reviewed, this institutional act, which directly affects the establishment of a stable prosecutorial system, through a clear framework of work, related to the implementation of the constitutional and legal mandate, as well as relying on international best practices.
