KPC suspends a prosecutor
Prishtina, 1 February 2021 - The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by Chairman Jetish Maloku, held an urgent meeting.
In this meeting, KPC has addressed the request of the competent authority for disciplinary violations by a prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina.
In this case, the KPC has taken a unanimous decision to suspend the prosecutor in question, and has established an Investigative Panel, which will handle the case and recommend the final decision to the KPC.
