INDICTMENT AGAINST 13 PEOPLE FOR MISCELLANEOUS CRIMINAL OFFENSES

Prishtinë, April 29, 2024 - The Special Prosecution has filed an indictment in Prishtina Basic Court- Special Department, against thirteen (13) defendants with the initials H.H., B.H., H.Z., Sh.S., S.K., B.L., R.K., K.B., G .Gj., D.R., O.B., B.K and H.B.

The Special Prosecution announces that the accused H.H., B.H. and H.Z. are accused of having committed the criminal offense of "Import, export, supply, transportation, production, exchange, brokering or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive materials" from article 364 par 2 related with paragraph 1 and article 31 of the CCRK.

The accused Sh.S., S.K., B.L., R.K., K.B., G.Gj., D.R., O.B., B.K and H.B., are accused of having committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" by article 366 paragraph 1 of the KPRK.
