A person accused of the criminal offense “Sexual assault” is detained
Ferizaj, April 25, 2024 - The Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj, by decision of the State Prosecutor, has detained one (1) suspect, for a period of 48 hours, due to suspicions of the criminal offense “Sexual assault” according to the CCRK.
There is a suspicion that the same person was in love with minor children for one year now and with these actions, it is suspected that he committed the criminal offense “Sexual assault” under article 229 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, against the suspect Xh.I., within the legal term, will file a motion with the competent Court to impose the measure of detention on remand.
