ANNOUNCEMENT  FROM THE SPECIAL PROSECUTION  OFFICE

Prishtinë, 15 april  2024 – After the interest of the media, the Special Prosecution Office announces the public that Rozeta Hajdari- Minister in the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, was interviewed in capacity of suspect after being summoned from the Special Prosecution, on suspicions of having committed the criminal offenses  " Misuse of official position or authority" by article  414 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, related to state reserves. However, she used the right to silence as foreseen by the Code of Criminal Procedure.
