Press release from the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina
Prishtina, April 4, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution Office in Prishtina, informs the public regarding the attack on the injured journalists that, after undertaking investigative actions and collecting additional evidence, as well as re-interviewing one of the suspects, the State Prosecutor has issued a decision on the detention of M.B., suspected of the criminal offenses of “Intimidation” and “Slight Bodily Injury”, according to the CCRK. The same was sent to detention for a duration of 48 hours, while another suspected person involved in this case was also interviewed.
Also, in this criminal case, the statements of the injured parties were taken and in coordination with the police, other investigative actions are being undertaken.
