INDICTMENT AGAINST 18 PEOPLE ON THE CASE KNOWN AS “SUBVENCIONET V”
Prishtinë, 21 march 2024 – The Special Prosecution (SP), has filed indictment at the Prishtina Basic Court – Special Department, against eighteen (18) defendants K.Z, L.S, S.SH, A.U, V.H, B.P, A.GJ, G.A, K.S, B.S, V.I, F.J, F.Y, A.N, A.S, A.T, B.O and M.M on the case known as “Subvencionet V”.
The Special prosecution informs that the above mentioned defendants have been indicted to “ Abusing official position or authority” by article 414 CCRK, “ Accepting bribe” by article 421 of CCRK, “ Giving Bribe” by article 422 of CCRK, “Trading in influence “by article 424 of CCRK , and “ Subsidy Fraud” by article 324 of CCRK
Eight (8) of the defendants have been indicted in capacity officials , four of them ( 4) from the Minstry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, two(2) of them officials from Gjilan region within AZHB, one (1) official in Kllokot Municipality , one( 1) official in Viti municipality and other ten (10) citizens
Also, the Special Prosecution has proposed confiscation of the value of 184,000.00€ acquired by committing criminal offenses, seized from the defendants.
