The next meeting of the Commission for Normative Issues is held
Prishtinë, 6 July 2023 – The Commission for Normative Issues of KPC, led by Mr. Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which the members of this Commission and the representatives of the US Embassy participated.
The purpose of this meeting was to review the draft of the Administrative Instruction for Supplementing and Amending Administrative Instruction No. 01/2018 for Setting the Indicative Norm for State Prosecutors, in accordance with the new Law on the State Prosecutor, which stipulates that prosecutors with the initial term will be assigned with cases even during the planned period for training at the Law Academy of Kosovo.
On this occasion, the members of the Commission for Normative Issues have given their comments and decided to incorporate this issue into the draft of the Administrative Instruction for Supplementing and Amending the Administrative Instruction for Setting the Indicative Norm for State Prosecutors.
Also, this Commission has decided that this instruction with these additions and changes will be on public hearing on the website of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
