The KPC Budget, Finance and Personnel Committee approved the financial report for the period January-March 2023
Prishtinë, 2 May 2023 – The Committee for Budgets, Finances and Personnel of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), led by prosecutor Ariana Shajkovci, held the next meeting, in which, in addition to the members, the Acting General Director of the Secretariat of the KPK - and heads of budget and finance units.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the financial report for the first quarter of 2023. On this occasion, the Acting General Director of SKPC, Shqipe Hykolli, presented the financial report for all economic categories in all budget programs, this report, which was then approved by the members of this commission.
In addition, the Commission examined the request of the Governing Council of the Chamber of Advocates of Kosovo for a 100% increase in the fees for lawyers and the amendment of the Administrative Instruction of the KPC due to the small fees, this request, which after examining the financial impact and budgetary opportunities, will be sent for review with justifications and clarifications at one of the meetings of the KPC.
