INDICTMENT AGAINST SEVEN PERSONS FOR DIFFERENT CRIMINAL OFFENSES
Prishtinë, 14 November 2022 – The Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtinë - Special Department, against the defendants with initials I.SH, F.V, K.SH, K.B, F.B, H.SH, N.M.
The Special Prosecutor's Office announces that an indictment has been filed against the defendants with initials I.SH, F.V, K.SH, K.B, F.B, H.SH, N.M. because the same have committed the criminal offenses "Participation or organization of an organized criminal group", related to the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances", Obstructing the trial or official procedure as well as Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons''.
The case for which the indictment was filed, concerns the narcotic substance cocaine type in the amount of 400 kg, which was seized in the premises of the company "MC FOOD" sh.p.k. in Lipjan.
The Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo in the indictment has, among other things, proposed the seizure of the means used to commit criminal offenses.
