THE SPECIAL PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE TARGETS A NEW CASE
Prishtinë, November 7, 2022 - The Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, has held the next meeting with the joint team for the selection and targeting of serious crimes and they targeted one (1) new case with fourteen ( 14) persons.
The Special Prosecutor's Office announces that the targeted case is coded “Skema", fourteen (14) people are involved in the criminal offense of "Money Laundering", from article 302 of the CCRK and related to article 56 par. 1 of Law no. 05/L-096 on Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism.
