The next meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions is held
Pristina, October 18, 2022 - The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, led by prosecutor Veton Shabani, held its next meeting.
The focus of the meeting of this Commission was the examination of the analysis for the necessary number of prosecutors in the Appellate Prosecution Office, in which case it was emphasized that recommendations will be drawn from this assessment that will be sent to the Council for approval in one of the his future meetings.
Also, part of today's discussion was the draft of the agenda of the workshop that is planned to be held for administrators, which is mainly related to the presentation of monitoring reports of the implementation of SMIL in the prosecutorial system.
The members of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions emphasized the need to hold this workshop, which on the agenda includes the generation of statistical reports and the acceptance of cases in writing, registration, automatic distribution, recording of actions of prosecutors that include the review of cases, parties, various acts, registration of requests, hearings and recording of prosecutors' actions, as well as mutual communication with other justice and security institutions.
