Representatives of the prosecutorial system visit the District Court in Oslo
Pristina, October 11, 2022 - A delegation of the prosecutorial system , led by the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Jetish Maloku, is conducting a visit to the District Court in Oslo, Norway, together with representatives of the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Ministry of Justice (MD).
In the framework of this visit, discussions were held with the aim of benefiting from the exchange of experiences and good practices, especially those related to the management of information technology services in the field of justice, including statistics, analyzes and the use of information, which affects the strengthening and advancement of CMIS, the description of its operation, maintenance and concrete financing models, which are needed to keep the essential infrastructure up to date.
The participants emphasized on this occasion that they remain committed to continuing the cooperation with the Judicial Reform Program for the Western Balkans and the Norwegian institutions, which strongly support the reform processes, especially those in the field of digital management of cases and their connection with the institutions of justice in Kosovo, as well as various activities to fight crime and criminal offenses, in order to achieve positive and efficient results in Kosovo.
