The next meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions is held
Prishtinë, 30 September 2022 – The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, led by prosecutor Veton Shabani, held its next meeting.
On this occasion, this Commission discussed holding a meeting with all the administrators of the prosecution offices to discuss various topics related to the administration of the prosecution offices, with a special focus on the implementation of CMIS and the compatibility of case registers.
Also, the Commission was briefly informed about the visit of the Monitoring Group for the implementation of the CMIS in the Basic Prosecution Office of Gjakova, as well as about the findings during this monitoring.
In conclusion, it was emphasized that a detailed report will soon be drawn up, which will be sent to the Chief Prosecutor and the Administrator of this prosecution, together with the action plan for addressing the findings.
