CHARGES AGAINST A PERSON FOR ACCESS TO COMPUTER SYSTEMS
Prishtina, August 17, 2022 - The Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department, against the defendant S.G.
The Special Prosecutor's Office announces that the defendant S.G., in the period from October 2017 to July 2019, in cooperation with the defendant R.K. aiming illegal benefit, they obtained and illegally used "VISA" bank credit cards, always with the aim of applying for the method of transfers or payments in the "OF-Line" system, knowing that they cannot provide cover.
With these actions, the defendant S.G. has committed the criminal offense "Access to computer systems" article 339 paragraph 2 related to paragraph 1 of the KPRK.
