Five candidates for Chief State Prosecutor are interviewed
Prishtinë, 18 March 2022 – Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) has organized the process of interviewing candidates for Chief State Prosecutors.
Evaluation panel composed of: Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the KPC and this panel, as well as members of the KPC, as well as members of this panel, prosecutors Arjana Shajkovci, Bedrije Syla-Alshiqi, Armend Zenelaj and Jovo Radovic, today have interviewed five candidates who have applied and been confirmed for the position of Chief State Prosecutor.
Each of the candidates had 45-60 minutes to answer the questions of the five committee members.
The interview process was monitored by representatives of civil society and international partners, while all interviews were filmed by Radio Television of Kosovo and tomorrow, Saturday, March 19, 2022, the same will be broadcast by this public medium.
After the end of the interview, each of the members of the Evaluation Panel has independently scored the candidates, while after calculating all the points, in the presence of the monitors of this process, the candidates are listed as follows:
- Blerim Isufaj;
- Shqipdon Fazliu;
- Kujtim Munishi;
- Armend Hamiti;
- Lulzim Sulejmani.
In accordance with Regulation no. 06/2019 on the appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecution Offices of the Republic of Kosovo, the evaluation panel, within five days from the day of completion of the evaluation process will notify the candidates with the final scoring and individual scoring anonymous by each member Evaluation panel, together with the justification for each scoring category.
