Detention is requested against the two suspects in the case “Brezovica”
Ferizaj, 17 March 2022 – The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Department of Serious Crimes, has requested from the Basic Court in Ferizaj to impose a detention measure for a period of 30 days against the defendants N.G, and S.I, who by decision of the State Prosecutor is under detention 48 hours.
According to the request of the Prosecution, there is a grounded suspicion that the defendant N.G, - customs official, since 2014, in Shterpce, assisted the official person in committing the criminal offense "Taking bribes", thus committing the criminal offense "Taking bribery ” of article 428 par. 2 in conjunction with Article 33 of the CCRK.
Even for the defendant S.I, former official of the municipality of Shterpce, now manager of the Ski Center in Brezovica, there is a reasonable suspicion that since 2010, in Shterpce, has helped the official in committing the criminal offense of taking bribes, with this will committed the criminal offense "Taking a bribe" in aid under Article 428 par. 2 in conjunction with Article 33 of the CCRK.
Also, during the implementation of the order of the Pre-Trial Judge, for the control of the house and accompanying facilities, the suspect N.G., were temporarily seized the following items:
- Property tax documents,
- MESP documents,
- Plan documents,
- Contract dated 08.10.17 (two sheets),
- List of parcel numbers,
- Phone "Samsung S7",
- Phone Poco X3,
- Cash in the amount of 29,600 Euros,
- Cash 705.00 USD,
- Cash 170.00 CHF,
- Cash, 60.00,
- Automatic hunting rifle with no. 50274,
- Various knives (13 pieces),
- Revolver handle (1 piece),
- 12 mm hunting cartridge (8 pieces)
- Empty magazine Glock 19 (3 pieces)
- Kosovo Police Jackets (2 pieces),
- Polish Police jacket (1 piece) and
- Police handcuffs (1 pair).
Whereas, to the suspect S.I., during the search of his house, these evidences were found and seized:
- A pistol-gun "Cervena Zastava 9 mm",
- A pistol-gun "Mauser 785" with magazine,
- One (1) bulletproof vest,
- One (1) military knife,
- Two (2) pistol magazines with fourteen (14) cartridges,
- One (1) gas mask,
- Fifteen (15) 16 mm hunting rifle cartridges,
- Two (2) long gun cartridges,
- Two (2) cartridges of the AK 47 weapon, 7.62 mm,
- Three (3) different pistol cartridges,
- Two (2) E43 pistol cartridges,
- Four thousand six hundred and seventy (4670) euros,
- Two (2) Switer radios,
- Three (3) pistol magazines - 21 cartridges 9 mm,
- One (1) pair of binoculars “Tento X50”,
- Twenty-three (23) cartridges of various calibers,
- One (1) hunting rifle with two barrels,
- One (1) metal rod,
- Motorola Radio Connection,
- One (1) "Iphone 11" phone and
- One (1) phone “Huawei”.
