A workshop is held for the presentation of the Draft Regulation on the internal organization and functioning of the State Prosecutor Institution
Prishtinë, 25 November 2021 – KPC, supported by the EU Program for the Justice Sector in Kosovo, EUKOJUST, has organized a workshop, which is attended by Chairman Jetish Maloku, Chief Prosecutors of Prosecutions, Prosecutors of the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, representatives of the EUKOJUST project, members of the Committee on Normative Issues, members of the group for drafting this draft and heads of units from the ranks of the administration of the prosecutorial system of Kosovo.
The purpose of this workshop is to introduce and discuss the internal organization and functioning of the State Prosecutor, including discussing drafts of organograms of the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, the Appellate Prosecution, and the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo and the basic prosecutions of the country.
In the context of the presentations and discussions of the general draft of this regulation, a special emphasis is placed on the structure and responsibilities, organization of work, organization of administration and the necessary conditions for the work of the state prosecutor.
During this workshop, it was said that this draft contains important elements for the best possible functioning of the work in the State Prosecutor Institution, the approval and implementation of which will affect in the future the strengthening and better management of the work of State Prosecutor.
