The next meeting of the Committee for the Administration of Prosecutions is held
Prishtinë, 24 November 2021 – The Commission for Prosecution Administration, chaired by Veton Shabani, held its next meeting, in which it discussed a number of items on the agenda.
In this meeting was initially presented the Report of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova on the steps taken to harmonize the statistical registers, which are reported by the Registry and those reported by prosecutors. In this regard, it was said that by the end of this year, the competent persons will be engaged for the eventual improvement of these data.
Also, in today's meeting was reported by the Working Group for monitoring the implementation of the Electronic Case Management System (CMIS) in the prosecutions of the country for the visits made by this group in the prosecutions, where it identified challenges in the implementation of CMIS and has recommended that the necessary improvements be made. This group will continue to work in all other prosecutions.
Furthermore, members were informed about the developments regarding the pilot project for the removal of physical registers in the Basic Prosecution of Ferizaj.
