The second meeting is held for the drafting of the Regulation for systematization of the administration in the prosecutorial system
Prishtina, 23 November 2021 – The working group for drafting the Regulation on the activity, internal organization and systematization of the administration in the prosecutorial system of Kosovo, which is chaired by the President Bahri Hyseni, held the second meeting in a row, which was attended by international representatives and those of the civil society.
The purpose of drafting this regulation is the functioning and reorganization of the administration of the Kosovo prosecutorial system, this sub-legal act, which will determine the form, structure, competencies and activity of the administration of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the State Prosecutor.
The members of the Working Group, emphasized in today's meeting that with the finalization of this sub-legal document and its approval in the Prosecutorial Council is expected a general functioning and increase of efficiency and effectiveness of the administration, in order to keep pace with the requirements of the time and the future needs of the Kosovo prosecutorial system.
