The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Academy of Justice sign a memorandum of understanding
Prishtina, 22 November 2021 – Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Academy of Justice have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on mandatory training and additional training for prosecutors.
This memorandum, which was signed by the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Jetish Maloku and the Director of the Academy of Justice, Enver Fejzullahu, aims to define the conditions, scope of work and responsibilities of the parties regarding the mandatory and additional training for prosecutors.
The scope of this memorandum includes training for prosecutors, who are assessed with unsatisfactory performance and are therefore recommended for mandatory training and additional training.
After the signing, Chairman Maloku and Director Fejzullahu, said that this memorandum signed today will affect the professional capacity building of prosecutors.
