Indictment for aggravated murder
Gjilan, 28 October 2021 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, Department for Serious Crimes, has filed an indictment against the defendant BZ, due to the criminal offense "Aggravated Murder", under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, which at the request of the state prosecutor is in custody since 24 June 2021.
According to the indictment, the defendant BZ, on June 24, 2021, around 13:10, in the cafeteria "VivaLa", in Gjilan, intentionally deprived of life the now deceased IC, in such a way that due to a verbal dispute, he stabbed him, where due to the wounds received the deceased did not survive and on the way to the Regional Hospital of Gjilan died.
With these actions, the defendant B.Z., has committed the above mentioned criminal offense.
