Chairman Maloku received in the meeting the deputies from the ranks of the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency
Prishtinë, 27 October 2021 – The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Jetish Maloku, received the members of the Working Group for Supervision of the Implementation of the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors and the Law on Execution Procedure, which consisted of MPs Driton Selmanaj and Blerta Deliu, this group , which is formed by the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
Initially, the Chairman of the Prosecutorial Council, Jetish Maloku, informed the members of this working group about the activities that have been undertaken for the implementation of the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors.
On this occasion, with special emphasis, was discussed the reflection of challenges during the implementation of this law, in order to address them within the report to be drafted by the Working Group for overseeing the implementation of the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors and the Law on Enforcement Procedure.
Also, at the end of the meeting, the implementation of the Law on Enforcement Procedure was discussed.
